Roxanne Solomita

Beginning her career center stage at Molly and Roni’s Dance Factory at the age of four, it is only fitting that Roxanne has now gracefully taken on the role of instructor.  Over the last 13 years, she has excelled in many forms of dance including Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet.  She is now 17 years old and a senior at Santa Monica High School. An older sister to 5 younger siblings, she has always been able to work well with children.

Her leadership qualities were evident at a young age when she was invited to take part in a city sponsored Mediation program at Lincoln Middle School, where she actively worked with the student body in conflict resolution.

In addition to winning multiple awards as a dancer, she has played on The Santa Monica High School Volleyball team as well as the “Club” teams in Pacific Palisades and Culver City.

And while the credits and accolades she has received are impressive, it is Roxanne’s winning approach and generous spirit that not only makes her a wonderful and disciplined teacher, but also a fine example for young students of the arts.
