Jimmy Arguello
During his early childhood Jimmy was captured by music, in return his Latin culture influence and creative rhythm was what impulse his body to move with such grace. At the age of 12, Jimmy’s talent discovered by his first dance instructor Barbara Lorenzo, whom carried him under her guidance and visualized his path. He then began training in Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Ballet and Lyrical with the Dance Gallery studio of Performing Arts. Trained by great Instructors such as Rosemary Baker, Ray Young, Scott Benson and Judy Ann Basin. His passion for the feel of music, led Jimmy to share his talent with different organizations and charities. In his high school dance team the Gablettes, he became the first male dancer to merge into the program since it began 35 years ago. At 18 years old was asked to be part of the American Dance Alliance as a dance instructor/ choreographer, focusing on ways to direct dancers to the right terminologies and the beauty of the Arts. In his path of faith his world was changed, when Jimmy was favored by Emmy Nominated Choreographer Glenn Douglas Packard. With consultation, patience, courage, and believing in himself has managed to work with amazing choreographers which include, Glenn D. Packard, Gerard Heintz, Anibal Marerro, Shane Sparks, Wade Robson, Keith Young, Maria Torres, Travis Payne, Dave Scott and Robert Royston. Has performed live in the Latin Grammys, Latin Billboard Awards with Olga Tanon, David Bisbal, Gloria Trevi and Fanny Lu. In 2007 was named one of the top 10 male dancers to compete in the biggest reality T.V show “So you think you can dance”. Jimmy filmed as a principal dancer in one of the Wayans Brothers production movie “Dance Flick”. As he takes his career to the next level, Jimmy travels the world embracing his gift with others and hopes to regain the passion in everyone’s soul.
