Marianne Acosta

Marianne met Roni at a Bar B Que of a mutual friend where Roni invited her to bring her daughters to the then Molly & Roni's Dance Factory in 1995.

Although Marianne has a full time job as a Director of Business Continuity and Emergency Response for a major California HealthCare company she devotes hours of time managing the office at MNR and coordinating the Dance Team.

Marianne was a competitve and Nationally ranked figure skater who enjoys mentoring and watching all the young dancers grow up into beautiful well rounded young women. She nurtures and loves each and every one of them.

Two of her daughters Alex and Suzanne Grew Up at MNR dancing, while her other two daughters, Maria and Leah, worked in the office part time until they moved on to other careers. She also has a son who took classes at MNR for a few years before finding other interests.

Alex (UCLA Grad 2009) and Suzanne (Cal State LA Grad, and current USC School of Social Work) danced and taught at MNR since high school and through college.

Currently her granddaughter, Zoie (3), is taking class and dancing on the dance team.
